Students not in their classroom at 9:00AM will be marked tardy and must be signed in by a parent/guardian.

In an effort to go green and reduce interruptions to the classroom instruction, we ask that you use the google doc forms below . For reporting absences: HES- Reporting Absence(s) Form and/or if there are any changes in your child’s dismissal routine: HES-Change in Dismissal Routine Form. Bus changes are permitted for daycare purposes only and must be submitted in writing. For emergencies and/or if it is after 2:30 pm - please call the school directly to assure the message is received.

If there is a need to change your child’s dismissal plan, please notify the FRONT OFFICE as well as your child’s teacher, prior to 2:30 PM, by sending a note or e-mail in advance. For emergencies, please call the school directly to assure the message is received.
